Pricing policy
My pricing policy is based on a basic rate of £40 per hour. This rate applies to all design work, including consultation, research, drafting, revisions, file preparation and final delivery.
Typical prices are available for common tasks. A double sided flyer is usually around £120. Logo design is usually around £200 and includes a print ready layout for a one name business card.
Brochure‑ware websites usually start from £340. SEO‑aware websites usually start from £800. Any work that falls outside the agreed scope will be charged at the hourly rate, and I will always advise in advance if additional time is required.
All design services are provided with care, accuracy and professional attention. Work includes digital and print design, website layout and updates, custom assets, seasonal branding, character illustrations, writing for professional publications, social media graphics, email communication and the creation of live PDF forms. Services are carried out to a high standard and in line with the brief agreed at the start of each project.

Terms of Service
All work remains my intellectual property until full payment has been received. Once paid, clients receive the rights to use the final approved designs for their intended purpose. Source files are supplied at my discretion unless they form part of the agreed deliverables. Drafts, unused concepts and working files are not included unless specifically arranged.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, text and images. I am not liable for errors in content supplied by the client. I will always check for clarity and readability, but final approval rests with the client. Any corrections requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Turnaround times are agreed at the start of the project. I will always work to meet deadlines, but delays caused by late client feedback or changes to the brief may affect delivery dates. If a project becomes inactive for more than fourteen days without communication, it may be rescheduled or closed.
Invoices are due within fourteen days of issue. Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is cleared. Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins.
I aim to provide work that is tidy, practical and easy for people to live with. If something needs improving, I will say so. This approach keeps standards high and ensures clients receive work that behaves itself in real‑world use.
