West Wall Gallery Walk and Talk curated by Sanjukta Ghosh
My brief: given a Powerpoint presentation showing required slides and information, and a couple of photos and floor plan of the exhibition area, we discussed how best to arrange images so that they would make best of the space available.
I suggested that we keep to a uniform panel size to keep things as flexible as possible, and took inspiration for the colour scheme from a small vase that sat in one of th photos of the empty display cases, which seemed to contrast well with the otherwise very magnolia backdrop of the decor.
All display panels were set out in Adobe Indesign with design elements created to draw attention to detail.
Several of the displays also required QR codes linking to audio track, generated in InDesign.
Panels printed and laid on to panels by my good friend Steve of Graphix Signs and Labels Ltd.
NutriJen
Referred to me by one of my existing clients, I was asked to create a logo, business stationery and website for this nutritional therapy business in Braintree.
The website was created on a Joomla CMS and designed, before the much easier to use WordPress platform became popular, to be easy for my not so tech savvy client could update it herself. You can find it on “Wayback” here
I enjoyed creating the logo that would reflect not only crisp health and vitality, but also some warmth and care from a therapeutic medicinal outlook.
